The Tithe
Tithing is a spiritual principle and the biblical standard for giving.
Tithing at least 10% of our earnings is a spiritual privilege to show our gratitude to God and to build His kingdom.
As an act of worship, tithing does three things:
1- it places our trust in God by putting Him first.
2- reminds us of what God has already done in our lives.
3- displays our love for others.
Tithing is for the spiritually mature
We know of the many blessings that come to those who practice tithing. We also know that tithing grows with faith. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to take the first step.
